Josephine Sokoloff Professional Wedding Planner

As a Hill Country Native, Josephine Sokoloff was born and raised in Fredericksburg, Texas. Josephine is the owner of Tie the Knot Wedding and Event Planning which has been in business since 2004.

After realizing her passion for planning weddings, Josephine became a Professionally Trained Wedding Consultant through ACPWC in 2004 and a Professional Wedding Consultant in 2009.

Josephine is graduate from Angelo State University with a Bachelors of Management and Business Administration. Josephine also holds a MBA from Regis University Colorado.

With Josephine's personality, attention to detail and fantastic organizational skills, Josephine has assisted brides in San Antonio as well as surrounding counties.

Josephine has been planning events since 1999 and has planned large and small weddings, birthday celebrations as well as intimate dinner gatherings.

Tie the Knot strives to be the event planning service that understands your creative side and can make it happen.

An additional 10 hours in face-to-face planning meetings

Will accompany you to 3 vendor meetings

Development of checklists based on time frame left until wedding date

Up to 3 vendor referrals based on budget and personal style

Overtime of wedding day coordination for these two packages will be billed at $150 per hour.

Vendor search percentages apply if we find you a better deal on a vendor. Please see description listed in additional services.

I Just Need a Little Help! - $150 an hour, 2 hour minimum.

This is perfect for the bride who doesn't need a wedding planner, but might need a little bit of help on the wedding day. All the linens are out, the centerpieces are set..but what about all those favors, menu cards, and the guest book? If you don't want your family and bridal party to sweat the small stuff, we can take care of the little details for you.

Vendor Search

Looking for the best deal possible and not sure if you found the best price out there? Working with exclusive vendors allows me to provide you with the best prices possible for their services. How does this work? The bride and groom find their vendor of choice, and if my vendor can beat your price, I will help you book them for 20% of the difference in the two totals. For example, your vendor was $800, mine was $600, then my fee for helping you find a better price would be 20% of $200, or simply put, $40.
